A leading FMCG company in Jakarta is seeking a Key Account Executive to develop sales and marketing plans and build strong relationships with modern trade accounts. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience and excellent communication skills. The role requires meeting sales targets and maintaining regular sales reports. Willingness to travel across Indonesia and follow a work-from-office policy is necessary.
Work with Key Account Manager to develop sales and marketing plans across key accounts
Meeting & exceeding sales targets as assigned
Identifying, acquiring, and building strong relationships with new and existing modern trade accounts
Maintain sales reports for all designated accounts on a regular basis and participate in regular meetings to review performance
Coordinating with Key Account Manager and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services
Track & report activities of competitors
Analyzing market trends and competitor's activities and formulating strategies to respond to these
Minimum 2-3 year experience as Key Account Executive (Modern Trade) in FMCG business
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
Willing to travel throughout Indonesia if needed
Can follow WFO policy
Willing to working from Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
