Job summary

A leading Indonesian manufacturer is seeking an experienced Application Technologist to support new product development in the food industry. Responsibilities include conducting experiments on cheese products, documenting results, and collaborating with the marketing team. The ideal candidate has a degree in Food Technology and at least 5 years of relevant experience handling seasoning powders and sauces. This role is based in Cileungsi, West Java.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as Application Technologist in Food industry.
• Experience handling seasoning powder and RTU sauce.

Responsibilities

• Analyze literature studies to support new product development.
• Conduct experiments for new products like cheese powder or sauce.
• Document experiment results in e-formulation.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams.

Job description

Analyze literature studies and information needed to support new product development.

Conduct experiments to create new products (cheese powder/cheese sauce).

Document the results of experiments in e-formulation.

Conduct a joint visit with the Account Manager/Sales person.

Coordinate with superior and the Marketing team to provide products according to client requests.

Monitor the up-scaling process during first production.

Requirements

Bachelor degree from Food Technology

Minimum 5 years experience as Application Technologist in Food industry especially handling seasoning powder & RTU sauce

Good attitude, creative, fast learner, and agile

Placement in Cileungsi plant, Cibubur area, West Java
