As a Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Preparing accurate financial reports and statements for management review.
• Monitoring budgets and providing insights to improve cost efficiency.
• Managing tax filings and ensuring adherence to local tax requirements.
• Analysing financial data to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Supervising and mentoring the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborating with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Implementing improvements to accounting systems and procedures.

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
• At least 5 - 7 years of working experience in similar roles
• Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
• Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
• You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.
