Job Description

On behalf of our client, a prominent Chinese Automotive Brand, we are seeking a creative Social Media & Brand Publicity Manager to enhance the brand's presence in the Indonesian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  • Develop and implement branding and publicity strategies to strengthen company image and awareness.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting aligned with company objectives.
  • Create engaging multimedia content (photos, videos, captions, stories, etc.) to attract and retain followers.
  • Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and campaign performance; prepare regular analytic reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, HR, operations) for branding and communication initiatives.
  • Handle external communications, media relations, and public exposure activities when required.
  • Ensure all content and communication align with brand guidelines and company values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communication.
  • Proven ability to create and manage digital content and social campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and digital analytics tools.
  • Skilled in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).
