Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Finance, Management, or related fields.

Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross‑functional projects with high complexity.
• Experience in business transformation, IT, or process optimization projects.
• Able to communicate actively in English.
• Good knowledge/experience in IT Infra, IT Apps, Finance, and ROI (Mandatory).
• Must have all four backgrounds (IT Infra, IT Apps, Finance, and ROI).
• For Finance and ROI, candidate must have experience/knowledge to calculate by themselves.

• Experience or knowledge in project analysis related to ROI, IRR, business value, value creation, and comparison analysis.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, MS Office, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues before they escape.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills with both management and technical levels.
• Understanding of basic or high‑level finance concepts is an advantage.
• Creative and skilled in creating presentation slides and delivering presentations effectively.

• Finance‑related certification.
