What You'll Do

• Lead AI/data delivery projects end-to-end
• Translate client needs into clear plans, workflows, and actions
• Manage cross-functional and global teams with clarity
• Communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Anticipate risks and solve issues early
• Improve systems, processes, and delivery execution

What We Look For

• 5+ years managing tech, AI, ML, data, or IT projects
• Strong understanding of AI workflows / HITL / data annotation
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Agile
• Confident presenting to clients in English
• Comfortable with changing priorities and global time zones
• Mature, proactive, independent — no babysitting needed
• Ownership mindset: you solve, not blame

PMP/Scrum/Agile certification is a plus.
