Job summary

A leading food company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a B2B HORECA MANAGER to develop and execute sales strategies for B2B and Horeca channels. The successful candidate will establish relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction while providing product solutions. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have 5-6 years in sales within the Food Ingredients industry. Fluency in English is essential. This role includes opportunities for business travel.

B2B HORECA MANAGER (FOOD INGREDIENTS) - CJ FOOD

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the B2B and Horeca channels in line with company targets.

Identify and acquire new business opportunities, including key accounts, distributors, and foodservice partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and long‑term collaboration.

Work closely with the other teams to support customers with product solutions, applications, and technical knowledge.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive strategic decision‑making.

Lead and guide the sales team to achieve performance objectives and continuous improvement.

Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance reviews for management.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5‑6 years of working experience in sales, business development, or account management at the managerial level within the Food Ingredients/FMCG industry.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Proven experience managing strong relationships with B2B and Horeca channels.
  • Strong knowledge of food ingredients, product applications, and market trends in the foodservice industry.
  • Experience handling B2B and Horeca distributors, wholesalers, and key Horeca customers.
  • Ability to develop pricing strategies and manage commercial contracts.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Ability to analyze market data, competitor intelligence, and convert insights into commercial opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel for business needs.
