• Act as the main point of contact for ShopeeFood and maintain strong relationships with assigned merchants.
• Responsible for maintaining merchant performance by offering participation in ShopeeFood campaigns and other services through online channels (Email, WhatsApp Blast, and phone calls).
• Handle price competitiveness by monitoring merchant pricing, ensuring competitive positioning, and recommending necessary adjustments.
• Manage administrative updates such as menu changes, photo updates, and other required modifications to support merchant operations.

Requirements

• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, web browsers, WhatsApp, and WhatsApp Blast tools.
• Target-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving performance goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experienced in daily canvassing and monitoring tasks.
• Good understanding of district-to-subdistrict mapping in Sidoarjo
• Experienced in managing merchant package activations.
