Achelder’s degree in any major, preferably in Information Technology.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT sales, ideally within IT solutions, digital transformation, or enterprise technology sectors.
Demonstrated success in driving complex deal closures and consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Deep understanding of the IT industry landscape, emerging technologies, and key market dynamics across Telco, Banking, and cross-industry segments.
Exceptional networking ability — adept at building and sustaining relationships with C-level executives, key decision-makers, and strategic partners.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive presence.
Strong business acumen and a strategic, analytical mindset to identify opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions.
