About the role

As the Brand Manager at PT Biosphere Indonesia Cosmetics, you will be responsible for managing and developing the company's portfolio of cosmetic brands. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten, and you will play a key role in driving the strategic growth and success of our brand offerings.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights that inform brand planning and development
  • Manage the end-to-end brand lifecycle, including product launches, packaging, pricing, and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless brand execution
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimisation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure brand compliance and differentiation
  • Lead and mentor a team of brand specialists to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative brand management function
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the cosmetics or FMCG industry
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective brand strategies that drive growth and customer engagement
