About the role
As the Brand Manager at PT Biosphere Indonesia Cosmetics, you will be responsible for managing and developing the company's portfolio of cosmetic brands. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten, and you will play a key role in driving the strategic growth and success of our brand offerings.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights that inform brand planning and development
- Manage the end-to-end brand lifecycle, including product launches, packaging, pricing, and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless brand execution
- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimisation
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure brand compliance and differentiation
- Lead and mentor a team of brand specialists to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative brand management function
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the cosmetics or FMCG industry
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective brand strategies that drive growth and customer engagement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and brand aesthetics
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences
