Job summary

A leading footwear manufacturer in Tangerang, Banten is seeking a Supervisor/Coordinator to manage technical packages and ensure quality standards in production. The ideal candidate must have a diploma, at least 2 years of experience in shoes manufacturing, and skills in MS Office. Responsibilities include logistics preparation and participating in trials to ensure production runs smoothly.

• Provide technical packages to support development teams.
• Arrange plans for development stages to meet quality standards.
• Complete logistic preparations.
• Provide input to headquarters regarding issues.
• Participate in manufacturing trials and ensure smooth operations.

Job description

At least 2Year(s) of working (shoes) experience in the related field is required for this position .

Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent

Willing to be placed at Tangerang, Banten

Job Description

Providing techical package from Head Quarter and distribute to development supporting team for implemented in project

Arranging plan for development stage (Pattern, Tooling, & Material) to conform the quality standard

Completing logistic preparation

Provide input to Head Quarter related to the issue

Participate in the manufacturing trial process and ensure that the use of materials/products based on time study results runs smoothly to prevent errors during production.
