Job summary

Qualifications

Mentor IT staff and foster collaboration & continuous improvement.

• Mentor IT staff and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Information Systems (Master’s/TOGAF, PMP, ITIL preferred).


• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in retail solution architecture.


• Strong exposure to ERP, POS, CRM, and cloud technologies.


• Hands-on experience with in-house apps on Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, Helm, secrets).


• Knowledge of cloud-native design, scalability, fault tolerance & security best practices.


• Strong knowledge of project management, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards.


• Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
