Advise senior leadership on regulatory compliance, sanctions, and legal risks.
Oversee contract negotiations.
Manage legal compliance, regulatory reporting, and dispute resolution.
Supervise external legal counsel and monitor industry regulatory changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
- Admitted to the bar is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience
- Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial transactions
- Business-oriented mindset with strategic legal advisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
