A reputable cosmetics company in Tangerang is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage marketing-related documents and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Ms Office, especially Excel, is essential. This role involves updating budget entries, maintaining filing systems, and supporting marketing efforts with document fulfillment.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field from reputable university
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same field
Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Excel is a must)
Experienced in Accurate is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good detail oriented and well organized
Job Summary :
Handling & filing the document related to marketing activities (Agreement, Invoice, Offering)
Updating the marketing budget data entry and maintaining an organized and accessible filling system
Assisting the marketing material to other department related to marketing activities
Working closely with third party vendor for marketing material fulfillment document (POSM, Gimmick, Production)
Supporting the marketing team with any other administrative task as assigned
Managing the marketing product sample stock to send to third party and sampling activity
