Job summary

A leading technology partner in Indonesia is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager. This role involves driving product adoption and managing a strategic portfolio of enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in customer success within B2B SaaS and a proven ability to manage accounts exceeding $2m in ARR.
