Job Requirements
Have min. 3 years working experience as a Regional Manager, Area Manager, or a similar senior sales role.
Proven experience in the retail industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence. (preferably from the watches industry).
Has knowledge in the watches industry, especially in product and business process knowledge.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Agility to adapt and work under fast-paced environment.
Communicative, good negotiation skill, customer oriented, good attention to detail, persistent to achieve target.
Willing to be placed in Jakarta/Surabaya.
