About the Role

This role leads channel strategy and in-store activations that influence shopper behavior and drive measurable commercial outcomes. You will own trade promotions, merchandising guidelines, POSM strategy, and go-to-market execution for product launches and seasonal campaigns across General Trade, Modern Retail, and Independent store channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop channel and shopper activation strategies for General Trade, Modern Trade, and MTI (Independent retail)
  • Plan and deploy global-aligned and localized trade promotions with budget ownership and ROI accountability
  • Lead POSM strategy, deployment planning, and compliance tracking across retail touchpoints
  • Build merchandising and planogram standards to improve visibility and shelf conversion
  • Partner with sales and distributors to land 6Ps execution and retail fundamentals at scale
  • Lead retail go-to-market activations for new product launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Manage agencies and field activation partners to ensure strong store-level execution
  • Track performance using distribution metrics, retail dashboards, and promo ROI models

Requirements

  • Hands‑on experience with POSM planning, merchandising, and retail execution standards
  • Ability to influence sales and distributor teams without direct authority
  • Experience managing activation partners, agencies, and field execution teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast, global‑aligned, multi‑channel retail environment
