Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Art & Photography, Digital Media, or related field
  • Has a year proven experiences to work in beauty industry is a
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and content performance
  • A creative-minded person that has strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and content performance
  • Skilled in content briefing, copywriting, and trend adaptation in Instagram and TikTok
  • Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere).
  • Able to lead content ideation, manage campaigns, and guide junior team
  • Have good communication skills both in Bahasa and English
Responsibilities
  • Act as an on-screen talent for brand video content across social media platforms
  • Develop and execute content aligned with brand campaigns and content pillars
  • Produce and manage monthly video content deliverables by ensuring consistent and high-quality brand presence across channels
  • Execute campaign-based social media activities, including content rollout and amplification
  • Monitor performance, analyze insights, and provide optimization recommendations
  • Prepare regular social media performance reports
  • Collaborate with PR, Creative, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams
