About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customs & Import Senior Associate to join our growing team at PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP Fashion1). This is a full-time position based in our Central Jakarta office. As Customs & Import Senior Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless import of goods and compliance with all relevant customs regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the import process for a diverse range of products, ensuring timely clearance and adherence to customs procedures
• Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to resolve any import-related issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations, tariffs, and documentation requirements
• Prepare and submit all necessary customs documentation, including declarations and duty calculations
• Provide guidance and training to the wider team on customs and import-related matters
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient customs clearance strategies
• Ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant import and customs regulations

What we're looking for
