A leading pulp and paper company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Sales Manager to manage daily sales operations, achieve sales targets, and motivate the sales team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of FMCG sales experience and strong communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include managing budgets, stocks, and promotions. A Bachelor's degree is required, and owning a vehicle is preferred.
Responsible for managing daily sales operations in the coverage area.
Responsible for achieving and increasing sales targets.
Monitors and motivates sales team members.
Implements promotion programs, as well as manages budget, stock, and distribution.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
At least 5 years of experience in Sales FMCG, at the Manager Level.
High achiever and target-oriented person.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Passionate about handling and motivating subordinates.
Experienced in managing sales in Jakarta and surroundings.
Preferably owns a vehicle and is willing to be mobile, as per the coverage area.
