Job summary

A leading hospitality recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join a dynamic catering team. Executive Chef (Catering)
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef, with a proven track record of culinary excellence and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of various Indonesian, Asian and Western cuisines, cooking techniques, and food safety hygiene standards
  • Experience working in Catering is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff
  • Ability to develop and implement new menus and creative dishes that meet customer preferences and culinary trends
  • Proven ability to manage food costs and inventory levels while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred, but not required
  • Kitchen management, menu planning and operational skills Ms Office
  • Good Computer Skills especially in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System
