Currently we are helping our client, a company based in Bali looking for a Technical Support Engineer and will be managed directly under IBMC

Responsibilities

• This job opening is for remote work and requires working hours according to Pacific Standard Time (PST)/Time zone in Los Angeles, CA, USA (GMT-8)
• Response to technical inquiries, issues, and requests
• Resolve technical problems and questions related to our products and services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
• Deepen your knowledge of our products and services to better serve consumers
• Give our internal team of engineers ongoing input to help develop our products based on the customer's demand

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT/technical customer support
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Service, Web Development, Programming Logic, and Computer Networks
• Excellent English communication skills in both verbal and written
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, and in a timely manner.
• Programming skills are preferred.
