What you’ll do

• Develop awesome features to support business and improve overall team output
• Coding, testing, and debugging software with high quality output
• Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, other tech team, and other stakeholders to make it happen
• Peer reviewers for internal team
• Planning and design team deliverables in quarterly basis
• Manage production monitoring report and do necessary feedback actions
• Owning a team or mastering technical scopes
• Managing future plan within a team or technical scopes
• Prepare timeline and proposals to be reviewed by Engineering managers and CTO
• Become a leader of the team/projects

What you should have

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or other related discipline
• Good in coding, testing, debugging, and maintain high performance scalable softwares
• Well‑versed with backend microservices (Go), relational databases, search engines, and asynchronous system design.
• Mainly in Go. Side projects available in Node JS and Python
• Well known with coding best practices in backend project development
• Detailed oriented, able to manage technical risks, and confident working in English
• Able to communicate with other members of the team (business, product, and CTO)
• Great team player for internal team
