A leading outsourcing service provider in Indonesia is looking for a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales initiatives for their HR services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, showcasing strong communication and negotiation abilities. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, and managing client relationships. Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in outsourcing or HR services.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.

- Sell outsourcing services to corporate clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and deliver presentations.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Skills
Education
- Sell outsourcing services (manpower outsourcing, HR services, or related solutions) to corporate clients.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, client visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings and deliver presentations to explain outsourcing solutions based on client needs.
- Analyze client requirements and propose suitable workforce and outsourcing solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with operations, HR, and legal teams to ensure smooth service implementation.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with agreed contracts and client expectations.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to achieve sales closure.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
- Stay updated on labor regulations and industry trends related to outsourcing services.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in outsourcing, HR services, or manpower services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and manpower regulations is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
