Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT Consulting or Headhunting industry is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with the full selection process.

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, User Interview Scheduling, Background Checking, and Offering Process.
  • Sourcing and hunting talents using LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Build trust and good relationships with talents that will benefit both parties in the long run.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Account Manager Team and HR to ensure the recruitment process goes smoothly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with 1 year of experience in the field (internship experience will be considered).
  • Having experience working in IT Consulting or Headhunting industry.
  • Hands‑on experience with various selection processes (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, User Interview Scheduling, Background Checking, and Offering Process).
  • Good communication in English.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willing to work onsite or full WFO in South Jakarta.
  • Willing to learn new things and passionate with recruitment.
