Key Responsibilities
  • Sell outsourcing services (manpower outsourcing, HR services, or related solutions) to corporate clients.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, client visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings and deliver presentations to explain outsourcing solutions based on client needs.
  • Analyze client requirements and propose suitable workforce and outsourcing solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and business agreements.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with operations, HR, and legal teams to ensure smooth service implementation.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with agreed contracts and client expectations.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects to achieve sales closure.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
  • Stay updated on labor regulations and industry trends related to outsourcing services.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in outsourcing, HR services, or manpower services.
