Relationship Officer - Bandung Branch
Job summary
A leading banking institution in Bandung is seeking a marketing professional to manage and improve banking products and services. The candidate will engage with customers, provide insights for product development, and maintain strong relationships with clients. A minimum of 3 years in a related role is required, along with fluency in English and Bahasa. This role offers an opportunity to work within a reputable bank expanding its operations in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in job-related experience, especially in RM Funding & Lending.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung Branches.
Responsibilities
- Market funding products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Provide input on development of new/existing products.
- Conduct site visits to maintain good customer relationships.
Skills
Education
Marketing of banking products and services, both collecting and distributing funds.
Marketing Funding products (opening current accounts, savings and time deposits), internet banking and cash management to existing customers and/or potential customers to increase the target for achieving the number of customers, and nominal placements.
Provide input on the development or improvement of new/existing products.
Create and circulate credit documents with related parties.
Ensure that the documents required for granting credit are complete and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Conduct site visits to customers periodically as a form of maintaining good relationships as a form of service.
Create a pipeline to be presented with related units.
Minimum Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA 3.00.
Minimum 3 years in job related (Especially, RM Funding & Lending) experience in Banking Industry.
Fluent in English and Bahasa, both speaking and writing.
Willing to be place on Bandung Branches.
