HRGA Assistant Manager - Manufacture - Cikarang (C-126071)

Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing Company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Analyze HR data such as manpower, turnover, productivity, absence, training effectiveness.
  • Evaluate Training & Development programs for all levels.
  • Manage annual training plan and budget, including internal and external training providers.
  • Maintain good relationships with employees, labor unions, and related government institutions.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and dispute resolutions in compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Manage company regulations (PP/PKB), work rules, and ensure proper socialization to employees.
  • Support audits and inspections related to manpower regulations.
  • Oversee and ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor and taxation regulations.
  • Review compensation and benefits structure to maintain competitiveness and internal fairness.
  • Arrange and manage pre-employment Medical Check-Ups with hospitals.
  • Handle HR-related legal matters, including employment contracts, warning letters, termination process, and dispute documentation.
  • Coordinate with external legal consultants, notaries, and government authorities when required.
  • Oversee GA functions including transportation, office services.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Has 5 years of experience as HRGA Assistant Manager from Automotive / Electronic Manufacturing.
  • Min handle around 700 employees.
  • Business English proficiency.
  • Strong in Training & Development and IR.
