Key Responsibility
  • Plan and implement integrated communication campaigns (media relations, internal communications, events) to enhance brand visibility.
  • Design, plan, and execute internal and external events such as town halls, PR launches, and stakeholder forums to drive engagement.
  • Identify opportunities and activities to leverage and boost corporate image and reputation by supporting head of communications.
  • Monitor media and social media and manage crisis communication protocols to protect corporate reputation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government, stakeholders, and media to support policy advocacy.
  • Monitor and analyze policy developments and trends impacting FMCG to inform business strategy.
  • Prepare communication briefs for company representatives attending external engagements.
  • Track and analyze communication campaign performance using metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support Head of Communications for stakeholder mapping and advocacy initiatives and strengthen corporate affairs relations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Political Science, International Relations, or related field. Master’s degree will be advantaged.
  • Minimum 5 years in PR, corporate communications, public affairs, or government relations or communications consultancy (preferably in FMCG multinationals, agency, or start-up).
  • Proficient in MS Office and Canva.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful events across offline, hybrid, and digital formats.
  • Skilled in building strong partnerships, managing media engagement, and navigating crisis situations with confidence.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media strategies and proficiency in analytics tools for media and social monitoring.
