Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HRGA & HSE Manager for a Japanese manufacturing client. The successful candidate will manage HR operations, oversee payroll, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a Japanese manufacturing environment. Fluency in English is a must for the application.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HRGA & HSE roles in a Japanese manufacturing company.
  • Good understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations.

Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing Company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA & HSE Manager.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all HR functions to ensure effective, accurate, and compliant operations.
  • Oversee and be responsible in payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding workforce planning, organizational design, and productivity improvement.
  • Act as the main point of contact between management and the labor union, fostering open, transparent, and constructive industrial relations.
  • Lead and support collective bargaining processes, grievance management, and resolution of labor disputes.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with labor legislation, government regulations, and Collective Labor Agreement.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local regulations and ISO standards.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental regulations, and risk management requirements.
  • Manage general administration, office operations, facilities, security, and transportation.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
  • At least 5 years of working experience as an HRGA & HSE Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a Japanese manufacturing company.
  • Good understanding of Labor law, ISO 9001 & IATF 16949, safety regulation.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
