Job summary

A leading company in the automotive industry is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) & General Affairs Supervisor in Jawa Barat, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive sector. Job description

Responsibilities

• Make regular maintenance (preventive) and/or repair (correction/corrective action) schedule and execution of facilities and infrastructure, included control its activities and spare parts stock
• Controlling utilization of General expense and HSE budget.
• Arrange utilization of operational car and managing driver schedule, and communicate with vendor PIC included review performance
• Make a plan, implement, control, and review achievement of HSE Observation/ patrol in all area.
• Control, manage and dispose hazardous and toxic waste according to waste storage permit and other regulation
• Implement requirement of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 in all area support by PIC in each department
• Reporting Hazardous and Toxic waste management to central government via SIMPEL and SIRAJA, local Government (DLH Kab. Bekasi) and DLH Province
• Control all vendor activities inside company which have safety and/or environment potential issue
• Conduct and assist to all process to identify occupational hazard and risk in department and also conduct control of risk using hierarchy of risk control
• Lead emergency response team such as simulation of emergency, training, control and maintain emergency kit including review performance of team.
• Conduct internal audit as auditor based schedule arranged by ISO secretary
• Create and/or revise any procedures/work instructions on the scope of the General Affairs and HSE

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree.
• Required language: English (both oral and written)
• At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position and in automotive industries.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in HSE & GA
• Have a Certificate a General Occupational Safety & Health Expert from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (still valid/not expire)
• High integrity, good personality, innovative, good strategic thinking, assertive, discipline, able to lead teamwork and have a good diplomacy ability.
• Have knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement
• Capable handling Hazardous and Toxic Material and waste including disposal procedure and comply with regulation, skill of identify hazard and risk in all area and control using hierarchy of control.
• Have knowledge of requirement ISO 14001 : 2015, ISO 45001:2018, IATF
