A leading general contractor in Semarang is seeking an experienced Senior Public Relations / Senior Marketing professional to strengthen business development and manage investor relations. The ideal candidate will have proven marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong professional network. Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, public relations, or relationship management.
- Preferably with a background in banking, multi-finance, investment, or property marketing.
- Independent, confident, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Conduct professional business approaches and presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities and support marketing strategies.

- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with investors, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct professional business approaches, presentations, and negotiations.
- Identify new business opportunities and support company marketing strategies.
- Prepare communication materials and manage structured follow-ups.
- Represent the company in promotional activities, business events, and branding initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams on marketing and relationship-development activities.
- Proven experience in marketing, public relations, or relationship management.
- Preferably with a background in banking, multi-finance, investment, or property marketing.
- Strong professional network and excellent communication skills.
- Independent, confident, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Target-oriented and able to build trust quickly.
- Willing to travel for out-of-town assignments.
