As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and capable HR Manager who is ready to strengthen our people ecosystem, lead strategic initiatives, and enhance HR operational excellence across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic - HRD Program Implementation
- Develop and execute the annual HRD roadmap.
- Implement the Performance Management System (PMS) across all departments.
- Initiate and update Job Profiles for all positions.
- Plan and conduct training programs based on organizational needs.
- Oversee the implementation and development of HRMS to ensure optimal performance.
Compliance - HR Compliance & Audit Readiness
- Prepare, maintain, and update all HR compliance documents (contracts, regulations, HR SOPs).
- Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Prepare documents and data for internal and external audit requirements.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure zero major findings in every audit.
- Coordinate with auditors regarding data submission and follow-up actions.
Operational - HR Operational Effectiveness
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from screening to onboarding.
- Handle payroll processes accurately and on time.
- Improve HRD process efficiency through SOP enhancement and cross-department collaboration.
Manpower Productivity Ratio - Manpower Cost to Gross Revenue
- Calculate and monitor the Manpower Cost to Gross Revenue ratio regularly.
- Collaborate with Finance to consolidate labor cost and revenue data.
- Analyze workforce cost composition to ensure the ratio remains within 25–35%.
- Provide recommendations for manpower cost efficiency without reducing HR service quality.
- Prepare periodic reports on workforce productivity conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years in HRD, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic thinking, strong communication, analytical ability, collaboration skills, and high empathy.
- Indonesian (required), English (active oral & written).
