Responsibilities

• Process accounts and incoming payments according to financial policies.
• Perform daily financial transactions, including posting accounts receivables.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure payments are accounted for.

Job description

Proceed accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data

Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and posted

Verify and resolve clients billing issues

Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

Creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor degree in account, finance, or any related field
• Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable for at least 1 year
• Well-experienced in operating spreadsheets, accounting software, and Ms Office
• Strong analytical skills, accurate, and attention to details
• Excellent in communication, negotiation skills, and providing solutions

• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
