Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Strategize placements, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad content resonates and converts.
  • Align online advertising initiatives with offline marketing activities for integrated campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of evolving algorithms, platform updates, and digital advertising trends.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally within B2B and B2C e‑commerce in fashion.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
  • Data‑driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of the fashion customer journey across B2B and B2C.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs related to sales growth and online campaign performance.
