Job summary

A leading marketing firm in Indonesia is looking for an experienced brand manager to develop and execute brand strategies targeting Gen Z. This role involves creative collaboration, digital campaigns, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years in brand management and a strong understanding of youth culture and digital media.   • Lead the brand’s repositioning into a trendy lifestyle brand.
Product & Creative Collaboration
  • Work closely with the design team to launch trend-led collections, collaborations, and limited-edition products.
  • Ensure product innovation aligns with youth culture and fashion trends.
Marketing & Engagement
  • Lead digital campaigns, social media initiatives, and experiential marketing activities.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, creators, and relevant communities.
  • Develop storytelling that resonates strongly with young audiences.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Align marketing, design, and e-commerce teams under a unified brand vision.
  • Monitor KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and market share among youth segments.
