Job description
Responsibilities
  • Influencer marketing: Identify, recruit, and collaborate with influencers for campaigns, events, and product placements.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Cultivate strong connections with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), celebrities, and media to elevate the brand.
  • Product seeding: Coordinate product deliveries to influencers, celebrities, and media for reviews and editorial coverage.
  • Event planning: Organize and manage photoshoots, fashion shows, product launches, and exclusive brand events.
  • Content creation: Develop and coordinate brand content—including images, videos, and testimonials—with influencers and KOLs.
  • Brand ambassador management: Nurture relationships with brand ambassadors to ensure alignment with brand values.
  • Window display planning: Conceptualize and execute store window displays and in-store visual merchandising to create an engaging brand experience.
  • Weekly live hosting: Host the brand’s weekly live sessions to engage audiences and drive sales.
  • Gifting and loaning: Manage product gifting and loaning to influencers, celebrities, and stylists.
  • Database management: Maintain accurate records of influencer relationships, product seeding, and event participation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in fashion marketing, or influencer relations.
  • Strong industry network with influencers, KOLs, celebrities, and media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and market dynamics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable on-camera with a confident, engaging presence for live sessions.
  • Experience in visual merchandising or window display planning is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or a related field.
