As a Store Supervisor [Fashion], you’ll be at the intersection of Blibli’s ecosystem and the in‑store fashion experience. You’ll lead daily store operations, uphold visual merchandising standards that reflect the latest trends, and ensure premium customer service while driving overall store performance. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about fashion—someone who follows trends, cares about styling and details, and brings enthusiasm that inspires both customers and the team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide the store team to achieve daily sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee all day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact on the floor, ensuring operational excellence and a positive team environment.
  • Coach and motivate team members to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
  • Ensure store compliance with all operational procedures and brand standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Area Manager and cross‑functional teams (HC, Operations, Marketing) for promotions, training, and staffing needs.
Qualifications
  • A minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of retail fashion experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and basic inventory management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
