Job summary

A leading fashion company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a candidate for their fashion business team. In this role, you will conduct in-depth research and support business strategy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience in fashion retail. Key responsibilities include analyzing metrics, collaborating with stakeholders, and presenting insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong communication skills are essential. This position requires in-office work in Jabodetabek when necessary.

Job description

Conduct in-depth internal and external research to understand Luxehouze’s fashion business objectives and develop high-level strategic initiatives

Support the Business Assistant Manager and Senior Business Strategy Manager in planning and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Assist Fashion Business Team in cleaning, analyse and produce insights to the business team, optimising STR, CAC, LTV, and all important metrics for fashion business

Monitor Dashboard to make sure we have real-time visibility of data

Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders

Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, managers, and other business teams, to gather and document fashion business team requirements

Helping the business team in adhoc tasks to support decision making

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Business, Business, Management, or related field

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail or a related industry

Prior internship or Management Trainee experience in fashion or lifestyle brands and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, automation, basic programming, or AI-driven analytics will be considered an advantage

Strong interest in business strategy, analytics, and the fashion industry

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, as well as data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)

Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and key business metrics

Able to translate complex data into clear, structured insights and recommendations

Detail-oriented with strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Domiciled in Jabodetabek and willing to work from the office (WFO) onlyif needed.
