A leading retail company in Indonesia is seeking a commercially driven professional to enhance the performance of its fashion apparel brand. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Responsibilities include executing commercial strategies, managing pricing and inventory, and providing insightful analysis of sales performance. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are essential. The position is based in the Karawaci Area.
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven professional to support the commercial performance of our fashion apparel brand. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in apparel retail, excellent cross functional collaboration skills, and the ability to translate data into impactful commercial actions.
Execute commercial strategies for fashion apparel categories in line with brand and seasonal direction.
Lead assortment planning, range architecture, and sales forecasting for apparel collections.
Analyze sales performance, margins, inventory levels, customer buying behavior, and competitor insights to develop actionable commercial recommendations.
Manage pricing architecture, markdown strategies, promotional plans, and inventory flow to maximize gross margin and sell-through for apparel products.
Conduct regular store visits and competitor benchmarking within the apparel market to gather insights on trends, pricing, fit, and merchandising, and translate findings into commercial decisions.
Work closely with Concept, Design, Buying, Planning & Allocation, and Store Operations to ensure strong execution from product development to in-season performance.
Provide data driven insights to improve in-season trading, stock productivity, and overall commercial performance of apparel categories.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Fashion Apparel Retail Commercial, Merchandising, or Brand Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of fashion apparel product lifecycle, assortment building, and seasonal trading.
Deep knowledge of fashion lifestyle trends combined with strong commercial and business acumen.
Excellent analytical skills with solid understanding of sales performance, margin management, and inventory turnover in apparel retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Advanced Excel proficiency, experience with retail reporting tools is a plus.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Willing to be located in Karawaci Area.
