We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Content Creator specializing in digital marketing and social media to join our team. As a Creative Content Creator, you will play a key role in developing captivating and innovative content that enhances our brand presence across various social media and digital platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of digital storytelling, visual communication, and audience engagement strategies.

1. Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
2. Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
3. Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
4. Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content using analytics tools to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
5. Manage and improve engagement on social media channels.
6. Respond to and handle customer inquiries through comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, especially in the fashion industry.
3. Proven experience as a Creative Content Creator or similar role in a creative department.
4. Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into impactful visual content.
5. Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and audience preferences.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willing to work in: BSD, TANGERANG (WFO).
