Responsibilities

• Translate business documents from Indonesian/English to Mandarin during meetings.
• Report marketing performance metrics in English and Mandarin.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Team to source materials.
• Supervise the creation of the first samples ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Communicate with external parties regarding design changes and timelines.

Job description

Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in related fields such as Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Communication, or Management.

Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written), English and Indonesian

Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field at manufacturing company

Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in footwear and outsole production.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments (production, quality, marketing).

Job Descriptions

• Translate business documents, contracts, reports, and product manuals from Indonesian/English to Mandarin and vice versa during business meetings, negotiations, or delegation visits from Mandarin-speaking partners/clients.
• Report marketing performance metrics in English and Mandarin.
• Coordinate with the Materials/Purchasing Team to source, test, and approve new materials (leather, textiles, soles, accessories) that align with design specifications and budget.
• Supervise and participate in the creation of the first sample (prototype) through to the approval sample, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and required quality standards.
• Communicate with clients or external parties (e.g., material vendors) regarding technical specifications, design changes, and sample development timelines.
