Join our team as a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist! We are looking for a proactive individual with at least 1 year of experience in managing digital ads and marketplace operations (Shopee/Tokopedia). You will play a crucial role in overseeing agency deliverables, optimizing ROI across all paid channels, and ensuring our promotional campaigns are perfectly synced with stock availability.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager to define the overall digital marketing strategy and campaign direction.
Agency Collaboration: Serve as the main Point of Contact (PIC) for the Digital Marketing Agency; provide clear briefs, manage timelines, and ensure project deliverables meet brand standards.
Performance & Ad Management: Supervise and manage the strategy and budget allocation for all digital ads (Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Marketplace Paid Ads). Ensure optimal Return on Investment (ROI) from advertising spend.
Quality Control (QC): Review and approve all content created by the Agency (visuals, copywriting, videos).
E-commerce & Operational Coordination: Coordinate closely with the E-commerce Operations/Admin team to proactively ensure product stock availability and price synchronization on Marketplaces (e.g., Shopee/Tokopedia) aligns with ongoing promotional and advertising campaigns.
Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data provided by the Agency and report key insights to the Brand Manager.
Minimum S1 in Graphic Design, DKV, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on Marketplace/E-commerce strategy.
Familiarity with ad management platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Marketplace Ads).
Understanding of stock/inventory management principles in an e-commerce context.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication skills, strong leadership potential, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
