Key Responsibilities
  • Content & Campaigns
    • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, retargeting).
    • Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
    • Coordinate with design and development teams to produce case studies, landing pages, videos, and thought leadership content.
  • Performance Marketing & Analytics
    • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
    • Track, measure, and report on KPIs (traffic, conversions, cost per lead, engagement).
    • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Brand & PR
    • Strengthen Codigo’s positioning as a top‑tier app development company in Singapore and beyond.
    • Work with media partners, event organizers, and PR outlets to boost visibility.
    • Support event marketing (trade shows, conferences, workshops).
  • Marketing Automation
    • Manage CRM and email marketing workflows to nurture leads.
    • Assist with marketing automation tools, retargeting flows, and remarketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B tech or agency environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Self‑starter with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with mobile apps, tech, or SaaS industries is a plus.
