About the role

As an Organization Development Specialist at PT Kartika Inti Sejati, you will play a vital role in driving the strategic growth and transformation of our organization. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative organizational development initiatives to enhance our team's capabilities, foster a positive work culture, and align our workforce with the company's long-term objectives. This is a full-time position based in Bandung, West Java.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
2. Develop and implement tailored Key Performance Indicator programs to overview and monitoring organization growth.
3. Design and implement change management strategies to support the organization through periods of transition.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic priorities.
5. Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and leaders to enhance their people management skills.
6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the impact of organizational development initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, strategic management, or a similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex organizational challenges.
4. Excellent facilitation and training skills to engage and inspire employees.
5. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful organizational development initiatives.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels.
7. Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR analytics tools to measure the impact of interventions.
