Currently we are looking for an active and passionate individual to be a part of strategic business partner as Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager. This role will focus on delivering talent acquisition strategies and manpower fulfilment for both manufacturing and non-manufacturing FTEs, hiring metrics and insights, and employer branding strategy.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and non-executive employees, including sourcing, initial screening, interviews, and final selection up to the offer stage in a timely manner.
Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring requirements. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various channels including internship / apprenticeship.
Develop hiring strategies; design, plan, and execute Talent Acquisition activities and end-to-end selection processes.
Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking events.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility and attract top talent.
Partner closely with hiring managers and lead the recruitment team to understand role requirements and target the right talent pools.
Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops, analyze hiring needs, and provide employee hiring forecasts.
Plan recruitment initiatives such as Employee Referral Programs, ATS development, and recruitment marketing tools.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
Bachelor degree of Psychology / Management / Industrial Engineering / relevant background.
Willing to be placed and work from site at Sei Mangkei Special Economic Zone, North Sumatera.
5+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition with at least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing hiring settings and Mass Hiring.
Self-driven and detail-oriented with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., ATS, Excel).
Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements or automation projects.
Well versed in English, good verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
A strong relationship builder capable of engaging effectively across diverse groups and stakeholders.
Experienced with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, Recruitment tools, Talent Pipeline and recruitment report.
Strong knowledge of Human Resources law and regulation.
