As F&B Manager at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you will play a key role in shaping our guests' culinary journey. If you are a driven professional seeking to refine your skills and contribute to the future of luxury hospitality, we invite you to explore this exceptional opportunity.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the performance of our restaurants and bar, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This includes conceptualizing and executing innovative concepts aligned with the property’s positioning, and developing action plans to maximize both guest satisfaction and financial returns for each outlet.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Lead and execute all Food & Beverage (F&B) operations to meet or exceed hotel targets for guest satisfaction, quality assurance, and financial performance. This includes developing and implementing short-term and long-term F&B strategic plans.
  • Manage all daily F&B operations within budgetary parameters and according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Cultivate and maintain exceptional levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Conceptualize and implement innovative and exceptional restaurant concepts, overseeing procurement and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Recruit, train, develop and evaluate a high-performing F&B team.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Implement all F&B-related projects and global programs.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships, including addressing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Identify opportunities and develop solutions to enhance performance across all F&B operational aspects, including Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards and guest experience.
  • Train and guide department heads and line staff in efficient service delivery, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of guest service.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Plan and execute all events and banquets.
  • Manage restaurant reservations and related correspondence.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.
  • Lead by example, serving as a role model and consistently demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism in all management practices.
