Job description

PT Sisindokom Lintasbuana is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to be assigned to our customer projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of Oracle databases within a dynamic project environment. This position requires strong technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to provide support directly to customer operations.

What Will You Do:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle Databases in customer projects.
• Perform assessments and prepare periodic maintenance reports in line with the Scope of Work (monthly).
• Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring data integrity, security, and high availability.
• Implement backup and recovery strategies (RMAN) and perform database upgrades/patching.
• Handle troubleshooting both remotely and onsite at customer locations.
• Collaborate with project teams and provide technical knowledge sharing to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA, as Oracle DBA / Consultant / Support Engineer (Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting).
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP 2019 / OCI) – mandatory.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and coordination skills.
• Hands‑on expertise with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate.
• Oracle Database utilities, tools, and version upgrades.
• Database design, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Backup & recovery strategies (RMAN).
• User & security management, resource management, and data integrity.
• Application connectivity to Oracle databases and OS‑level administration for Oracle platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with customer IT teams and internal stakeholders.
