- Process and manage new vehicle orders using internal systems.

- Complete vehicle registration, invoicing and monitor GP variance.
- Work with customers on truck orders and liaise with finance companies regarding payments.
- Coordinate with vehicle movement partners when needed.

Salary: up to £26,000 plus bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (1 hour lunch), 37.5‑hour week
A full UK driving licence is required.
We are seeking a Sales Administrator who enjoys working with detail and supporting a busy retail sales team. In this role you will ensure that all aspects of vehicle sales administration are handled with precision and professionalism—including processing customer orders, preparing vehicles for delivery, and completing registration and invoicing.
You will support the full sales process by ensuring every stage of vehicle administration is accurate, well organised and delivered on time.
- Process and manage new vehicle orders using internal systems
- Update and amend orders and track progress until delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers to book required work
- Manage purchase orders for each deal
- Keep customers updated on delivery timelines and highlight any risks
- Complete vehicle registration, invoicing and monitor GP variance
- Work with customers on truck orders and liaise with finance companies regarding payments
- Coordinate with vehicle movement partners when needed
- A full and valid UK driving licence
- Understanding of sales processes and experience with large customer accounts
- Confidence using MS Office
- Practical experience with Excel (building/updating spreadsheets, filters, basic formulas)
- Experience with Salesforce (advantageous)
- Experience with vehicle registration and invoicing
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
