A leading automotive company seeks a Sales Administrator for a maternity cover role in Glasgow. Responsibilities include managing vehicle sales administration tasks, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries. Candidates must have a valid UK driving licence, strong organisational skills, and confidence with office software, particularly Excel. The position offers a salary of up to £26,000 plus benefits, including health plans and generous holiday allowances.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (1 hour lunch), 37.5‑hour week
A full UK driving licence is required.
We are seeking a Sales Administrator who enjoys working with detail and supporting a busy retail sales team. In this role you will ensure that all aspects of vehicle sales administration are handled with precision and professionalism—including processing customer orders, preparing vehicles for delivery, and completing registration and invoicing.
You will support the full sales process by ensuring every stage of vehicle administration is accurate, well organised and delivered on time.
