Qualifications

  • Previous vehicle sales experience or customer-facing retail experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software.
  • Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and by phone.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Arrange and conduct test drives.
  • Provide accurate product knowledge and finance information.
  • Prepare quotes and complete documentation.
